Our practice specialises in site-specific, design led projects, where an individual response to a site and our client is paramount.

We have developed our own sites, using our in-house contractors, which has helped our practicality, budgeting and flexibility.

Other work has included offices, retail, education, housing, hotels, exhibitions and sports facilities. Much of our work has involved conservation and listed buildings.

Working on projects such as The Ministry of Sound, lecture theatres and an opera house has strengthened our knowledge of acoustics.

Associated specialities include lecturing, painting, teaching, master classes and appearances on TV and radio.

We are also able to provide an expert witness service, party wall and feasibility study consultancies.

Our projects are increasingly driven by issues of sustainability and energy efficiency, incorporating new technologies and products.

We aspire to give our clients more than they ever hoped for, whilst respecting their views and responding individually to the precise site conditions. We thrive on constraints, which may, in other hands, inhibit, but we find that they can provide a catalyst for progressive design, development and creative problem solving.
